Long Island Sour Tea
A slight change on a classic cocktail! I found the original to taste quite bitter and dull in colour. I decided to make something sweeter and vibrant in colour. The recipe itself is very similar to the original with a few adjustments.
50ml Tequila
50ml Vodka
50ml Coconut Rum
50ml Triple Sec
50ml Blue Curaçao
500ml Passion Fruit Soda (Rubicon)
50-100ml fresh lime juice
2 limes, cut into wedges
Ice
Pour the tequila, vodka, coconut rum, triple sec and blue curaçao into a large (1.5l) jug, and add lime juice to taste. Half fill the jug with ice, then stir until the outside feels cold.
Add the passion fruit soda then stir to combine. Drop in the lime wedges.
Fill 4 tall glasses with more ice cubes and pour in the iced tea.
