1.5 shots of Licor 43
0.5 shot Limoncello
1 tbsp Vanilla Syrup
1 tbsp yoghurt (natural or greek)
1 heaped tbsp mascarpone
Lemon zest
Smashed Biscuit
Into a cocktail shaker put the Licor 43, Limoncello, vanilla syrup, yoghurt and mascarpone, and fill with ice and shake.
Strain into a a chilled glass (martini, champagne flute or margarita glass) and top with lemon zest and sprinkle the biscuit on top.
Vanilla Syrup
The vanilla syrup is simple, the ratio is 1:1 for water to sugar.
Put half a cup of water and sugar into a pot and boil, adding in a teaspoon of vanilla extract, once the mixture is fully dissolved, pour it into empty bottle and chill for an hour or two before use.
