Cheesecake Martini

Want dessert? Want to still keep drinking? Well look no further, this is cheesecake martini is the perfect drink for you. Using mascarpone cheese and yoghurt as the main non-alcoholic ingredient.

This uses a Simple Syrup with vanilla flavouring. A recipe will be under this one on how to make it.

1.5 shots of Licor 43

0.5 shot Limoncello

1 tbsp Vanilla Syrup

1 tbsp yoghurt (natural or greek)

1 heaped tbsp mascarpone

Lemon zest

Smashed Biscuit

  1. Into a cocktail shaker put the Licor 43, Limoncello, vanilla syrup, yoghurt and mascarpone, and fill with ice and shake.

  2. Strain into a a chilled glass (martini, champagne flute or margarita glass) and top with lemon zest and sprinkle the biscuit on top.

Vanilla Syrup

The vanilla syrup is simple, the ratio is 1:1 for water to sugar.

Put half a cup of water and sugar into a pot and boil, adding in a teaspoon of vanilla extract, once the mixture is fully dissolved, pour it into empty bottle and chill for an hour or two before use.
